OWTStanding Virtual Solutions (OWTSVS) is a division of Harris Unlimited LLC that has partnered with the ARISE Platform. You will be receiving and completing paperwork from OWTStanding Virtual Solutions (OWTSVS) and the ARISE Platform. OWTStanding Virtual Solutions is a premier work from home virtual call center organization that hires customer service operators to work remotely from their homes.
We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
The times will vary from company to company, however the majority of opportunities are Monday to Friday. Some companies do offer weekend hours for work options as well.
We offer inbound and outbound call center services, including customer service, sales, and technical support.
We have experience working with clients in various industries including retail, roadside assistance, healthcare, medical transport, travel, and e-commerce.
The answer is YES.
We will do a background check covering 5 to 7 years and the desicion it hire is case by case per contract. Some ( but not all opportunities) will require drug testing and that will be in the job description per opportunity. So unfortunately, this is not really a “background friendly” company. However, we still encourage everyone to apply for this opportunity
The answer is VIRTUAL.
You will have to attend training and get certified to work for these companies. The classes are first come first serve, so let's get you enrolled and registered as FAST as possible. Keep in mind that classes fill up very quickly and people that have already completed the enrollment process before you will have access as well. The training can be 2 to 4 weeks at different times, so please pay attention to that when selecting your opportunity. The PHASE 1 part of training is normally unpaid, and you have to pass the Certification Test to move to the next step. For most companies, PHASE 2 is the “earn while you learn” part of the certification process.

Working from home does require certain equipment and as an Independent Contractor it will be your responsibility to purchase any needed items. Let’s cover a few of those items YOU MUST HAVE or BE WILLING TO PURCHASE before proceeding.
1. You must have a laptop or computer with Windows 10 or 11. If you don't have either you might be able to GOOGLE a free download. Here is how you can check your computer...
**For Windows - press the Windows key, type "msinfo32," and click "System Information" to view detailed hardware specs.
**For Mac - go to Apple menu > System Settings > General > About > System Report to browse system specs by category.
2. You will also need HARDWIRE INTERNET not just WIFI. Hardwiring is simply the ability to plug in an ETHERNET CORD to you computer/laptop into a wall jack and/or Modem. Here is an example of what you might need…
